Local Entrepreneurs Honored at Northwood University Award Ceremony

Northwood University recognized outstanding entrepreneurs from Palm Beach, Broward, and Martin Counties (Florida) at its 2005 Entrepreneurs’ Breakfast for the Tenth Annual Arthur E. Turner Excellence in Entrepreneurship Awards Program. The breakfast and forum were held Thursday, April 21st at Northwood University’s Turner Education Center in West Palm Beach, FL.
The Martin County Arthur E. Turner Excellence in Entrepreneurship Award was presented to James Crocker. Recognized for his outstanding contribution to the roadway safety industry, Crocker developed the Stripe Hog™ System which removes highway and runway striping and rubber. His firm recorded nearly $1.9 million in sales in 2004 and has achieved over $1 million in sales during the first three months of 2005.
